For your convenience, we offer a range of services to meet your conference needs, and your budget. Whichever option you choose, our team of conference planning professionals will work closely with you to ensure that your conference experience here at Western is unique and satisfying for both you and your delegates.
Option 1 - FULL CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT
For your convenience, Conference Services is pleased to offer you our Full Conference Management service. On your behalf, we will:
- Develop an online conference and accommodation registration form.
- Process conference registration fees.
- Process fees for campus accommodation.
- Handle cancellations.
- Arrange refunds (according to pre-determined policies).
- Process payments for University-related expenses arranged through our office.
- Arrange for financial transactions to be handled with our registration software.
Our service provides an automated conference registration system using a registration software program. All additions or changes to the registration information automatically updates all records and essential reports such as a master delegate list, accommodation list, special event and meal attendance lists.

Option 2 - DIRECT HOUSING
We will develop an online accommodation registration form to be posted on your website. Each delegate simply registers online and payment is processed using our convenient E-commerce feature, prior to their arrival for the conference. There is a minimal charge per delegate included in the accommodation fee.
Option 3 - ROOMING LIST
You, as Conference Organizer, collect all accommodation registrations and fees, and provide Conference Services with an alphabetised list of delegates at least 10 working days in advance.
